All-rounder Geoff Frost joined Api at the start of 2002 from Cambridge CC. Frost has been racing since 1985, and was the East District junior best all-rounder from 1987 to 1989. As a student at Loughborough University, he won many student championship medals on road and track. Since returning to the roads of his youth, he has scored many wins in time-trials, both solo and team, and has won the senior title in the SPOCO East competition. In 2003, he will be mixing road racing and time trialling, targeting the Divisional and Eastern Counties road championships, and the National 50 and 100 mile time-trial championships.
